a space for tyler
Project Description:
This is a unique residential design that focused on evidence-based research to design three spaces – a bedroom, office, and technology room. These spaces were created for Tyler, a 16-year-old boy who has autism. It was important to create a space that was sensitive to Tyler’s needs while remaining functional and aesthetically pleasing. The research inspired ideas to incorporate Tyler’s therapy in the different spaces to help him become more independent.
